After all the love you gave my Romeo + Juliet “The Kiss,” I wanted to create a piece dedicated to Titanic—and the moment that means the most to me.

For me, the heart of this film lives on the Grand Staircase. Jack waiting by the clock. Rose coming down to meet him. That invitation to step outside the life already chosen for her and discover something for herself.

“Make it count.”

The clock, the carved wood, and the staircase’s intricate details surround them in this piece because I wanted their embrace to hold more than a kiss. I wanted it to hold that choice: to be brave, to have fun, to fall in love, and to discover who you can become when you step beyond what everyone expects of you.

That night opens a door for Rose. And at the end of her story, the film brings us back to those same stairs, with Jack waiting for her again.

Time passes. What we choose to do with it stays with us.

This is my tribute to that moment—and to the courage to live a life that feels like your own. 🤍
